# Cheaper prices in Google Play

Might be applicable only if you are in the European Union. Create a new Google Account, or you can also reuse an existing one. The only requirement here is that there's no associated Payments account yet.

[Go to this page](https://payments.google.com/gp/w/u/0/home/addressbook) and create a new address. Use these details:

As you can see here, we're setting the account's country to Turkey. Why?
